❧ CANON VERSE:
Keung is one of the juniors that came with the Min Clan upon its revival from the last true bloodline remnant of the Min Clan: Min Liang.
Despite his current status, where Keung had come from truly...will never be known.
Min Keung was found as a newborn by Clan Leader Min Liang. The baby had been abandoned by his parents and was left, wrapped in a blanket, on a rock upon the path to the gates of Cloud Recesses. Min Liang had come upon the baby one day as he was going to take a walk through Gusu; he took the wrapped infant with him upon the stroll, ensuring the boy was safe until he returned to Cloud Recesses.
As Liang was the one to find him, the new Clan Leader brought the baby to a trusted group of women cultivators within Cloud Recesses; however, the women encouraged Liang to give the baby a name, for both his birth name and courtesy name. Liang argued that he didn't have the right place to do such a thing, but the women insisted.
Liang made Keung's birth name mean sun, for the vibrant smile the baby had given Liang when he had first found him.
Despite Keung's connection to the women cultivators, Keung only sees Min Liang as his father, having grown attached to the Clan Leader during his constant visits to ensure the boy's safety. Min Liang would visit the boy everyday to ensure he was taken care of and grew up to be a good kid.
And Min Liang sees him as his son, too.
Because of this, Keung is the only son and heir to the Min Clan, whatever may come to happen to Min Liang.
Just as Shen Feng took in Liang as his younger brother, Shen Feng sees Keung as his nephew, and both him and Liang will do whatever it is that it takes for Keung to stay safe.
Funny, for Keung may have learned Liang's cultivation skills, yet his chaotic demeanor and sharp tongue truly come from his uncle.
The boy is skilled as a swordsman and marksman - just like his uncle -, yet he also is a master in the cloaking and teleportation talismans of his father. He has yet to master the Qin Language and his zither - his junior counterpart Min Lei is the expert there - but it does not deter the strong-willed junior.
❧ MODERN VERSE:
Min Keung is the adopted son of Professor Min Liang. He is a student at the University Liang works at - double majoring in Music and Business - and is currently a second year. He is also heir to Liang's company, though is still uncertain if he wishes to succeed his father; something that Liang never pressures him or talks to him about.
He is an intern at the company his uncle - Shen Feng - owns, Feng having offered such a position to Keung so he would be able to put it on his resume; however, Feng has a tendency to overwork his nephew, leaving Keung exasperated and sarcastically short-tempered. However much he jokes about quitting, he truly loves working for his uncle and the company he owns.
Keung lives in an apartment with his best friend, living in the epicenter from where his work, uni, and his father live; though, he tends to visit Liang a lot, the latter even having a wing in his mansion like home dedicated for Keung.
He has a tendency for fashion and graphic design, as well as music, much like his father. Though still learning the guqin under his father's teachings, Keung is skilled in playing the flute, piano, and cello.
Although seemingly ill-mannered, Min Keung is a soft-hearted and sarcastic kind of guy, caring for those who he keeps close, doing whatever it is he has to do to keep them safe and happy.

Sword: Yuèliàng - "Moon"
Bow: Huìxing - "Comet"
Yuèliàng - Given his birth name, when Liang had given Keung a sword, he decided to name it moon, keeping to the thought that the sun wielded the moon as the moon to the tides.
Huìxīng - Given both his birth name and sword name, Keung wanted to keep his bow in the same theme, while also matching his uncle's name for his own bow, given Shen Feng was the one who always encouraged Keung's archery skills, and gifted Keung the bow he wields.
